TAXUS' PEB

Positive Energy Building

We believe in a society that is more just, responsible and respectful of people and the environment; and we want to help create it.

The TAXUS’PEB (Positive Energy Building) is a passive, energy-positive and sustainable building; an efficient but comfortable workspace, designed to be respectful of the environment and the people who live in it.

A building that represents us, that meets the criteria of the German passivhaus standard, betting on renewable energies, the creation of urban ecosystems, and the integration of innovative prototypes such as a hydrolyzer that will allow the accumulation of surplus energy in the form of liquid hydrogen for later energy use.

We want to be a benchmark in energy transformation and this building proves it. Sustainable materials were used to achieve the goal of “zero waste” during its construction.

Architecture 2024 Awards. The TAXUS’PEB was selected as one of the proposals to compete for the Architecture Awards 2024 organized by the Higher Council of Colleges of Architecture (CSCAE).
