On the occasion of the emptying of the irrigation canals: Arriola, Villares, Canal de la Margen Izquierda del Porma, located in the province of León and belonging to the Confederación Hidrográfica del Duero, the rescue and capture of the ichthyofauna present was carried out. The ichthyofauna were also transferred under controlled conditions using a 600 l mobile tank equipped with probes to measure the concentration of oxygen and temperature, thus protecting the survival of the captured specimens.
